Finally! With all bags packed and ready to go, we embarked on a long-awaited trip to Poland! However, before that we decided to stop by at The Big Apple, the amazing New York City where I used to live. Deserved relax at Long Island beach, friendly people around, family time and plenty of memories… Although time was literally flying, we could not miss out, of course, on visiting uncle chef-Giuseppe at Zagara, his absolutely fabulous Italian restaurant, the new hot spot in the heart of Chelsea in New York City.
